2010 Watervale Riesling 375ml

The 2010 Watervave Riesling is our third vintage from clos Clare's Riesling patch adjoining the historical Florita vineyard.  The 40 -year-old dry grown vines had a fantastic growing season, thanks to above average rainfalls in Winter and Spring.The fruit was hand harvested on the 2nd, 5th and 8th of March 2010 and taken to The Wilson Vineyard at Polish Hill River where it was chilled for 48 hours prior to whole bunch pressing.

This 2010 Watervale Riesling is a hand crafted wine that shows delicacy, focus and finesse, which is indicative of this vineyard. The nose displays lifted lime blossom and pink grapefruit aromas. The palate has clarity, backbone, focus and length, with a finish complemented by zesty freshness.
