Site Policy:
All information on this site is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We accept that errors and ommissions may occur, if you believe an error has been made please contact us.
We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from the clos Clare website.
Sales Policy:
Sales are available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.
Purchases are available in lots of cases of 6 bottles of wine only, however mixed cases are possible.
Delivery Policy:
Wines are available for delivery in Australia only. For customers outside of Australia, please refer to our distributors page to find your nearest agent.
Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price for orders less than 24 bottles, with charges indicated during the checkout process.
All wines will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours.
Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery.
Purchases are at the customer's risk once dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service.
Privacy Policy:
We acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information given will be treated in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998.
Personal information provided to us will only be shared, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, where required by law and with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and Australia Post who will deliver your order.
Immediately after processing your order, all customer credit card details are destroyed and no record of those details is kept.
